Chris Watt – Managing Director
With a well honed ability to translate the big picture into action, Chris has an enviable track record of delivering results through developing people and processes. From gaining his Cranfield MBA in 1996 he has acquired international experience at Director level in the research, service, pharmaceutical and public sectors, as well as being a Full Member of the Market Research Society.

Ian Nockolds – Market Research Director
At Cognisant Research for over a decade, Ian has shaped the business and worked on an impressive array of research projects. With experience of working in just about every industry and public sector, he has an impressive eye for detail and an ability to get to the bottom of the question or issue in hand. Presently an Associate Member of the Market Research Society Ian is working towards Full Membership through the Intensive Professional Development Programme.

Paul Myers – Head of Marketing
As a marketing manager with a track record of over 25 years with some of the UK’s largest blue chip companies, Paul brings a wealth of practical hands-on marketing experience to the team. Launching his career at BT in the mid 1980s in the mobile market, Paul moved onto British Aerospace, NTL and most recently Arqiva, working on just about every aspect of media and communications.

Lynda Robertson – Research Field Manager
With a career spanning over 40 years. Lynda brings a lifetime of solid business experience to the Cognisant Team. Lynda has owned and managed two companies and is well versed in virtually every aspect of commercial management. During her five years with Cognisant she has managed a range of field projects for clients across industry as well as the public sector. Lynda is a Field Member of the Market Research Society.

Owen Broadway – Research Assistant
Owen brings considerable experience in business sales, area management and a wide ranging knowledge of the renewable energy and environmental sectors. He has extensive experience of senior, director level client contact and managing a wide portfolio of business customers.

Bryony Hall – Research Assistant
Working for Cognisant for over two years, Bryony operates in our telephone bureau as well as participating in field work surveys. Also studying, Bryony has a particular interest in creative and business advertising fields.

Jenny Scott MRPharmS – Qualified Pharmacist – Patient Information
Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice, Department of Pharmacy & Pharmacology, at Bath Spa University since 1999, Jenny’s research interest is in:

- Evidence-based interventions for people with drug addiction problems including safer injecting, effective injecting paraphernalia and the provision of pharmaceutical care from community pharmacies.

- The expansion of pharmaceutical care for drug users including the development of models of care e.g. good practice in supervised consumption, pharmacy-based needle exchange and pharmacist-led addiction clinics.
