Chris Watt MBA, Managing Director
Chris has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and is a Full Member of the Market Research Society. Chris has extensive experience of strategy and policy development, central to which is evidence-based approaches to prioritisation and decision-making.

Chris has experience in delivering a wide range of research exercises in support of strategic and policy development programmes within the private and public sector, as a consultant and as a local authority member. Since leaving the army, Chris has held senior management positions with Getronics, formerly Olivetti and Wang.

Ian Nockolds, Senior Research Executive
Ian has a research degree, has completed the Market Research Society’s Professional Certificate in Market & Social Research Practice and is an Associate Member of the MRS.

Ian has been with Cognisant Research since the company started and manages research programmes, fieldwork and customer service for customers based in the commercial, public and voluntary sector.

Lynda Robertson , Research Assistant
Lynda is an experienced market researcher, having conducted a variety of fieldwork projects for organisations in the public and private sector.

Lynda has been with Cognisant Research for 18 months and participates fully in all elements of fieldwork and data collection, including fieldworker training, project management and reporting.
