Cognisant Research can deliver paper-based, telephone, or online customer satisfaction solutions. In addition to regular reporting, vaue is added to our customer satisfaction projects through our expereince of questionnaire design.
Qualasept - Ongoing Measure of Customer Satisfaction
Cognisant Research put in place an innovative email based customer satisfaction system for Qualasept, an aseptic manufacturing service. New customers will be surveyed after receiving their first order, to ensure the service relationship starts at a suitably high level. Customers are then surveyed annually, to ensure that the quality of service is maintained. Reports are provided at the request of the Qualasept board to support ongoing performance improvement.
