National Theatre – Supporter Satisfaction Research
efeedback produced an innovative email based research programme that invited visitors to the National Theatre’s website to score the performance of the services currently provided online, as well as those services which could potentially be provided. The results of this research have allowed the National Theatre to better understand how to communicate with its supporters.
