Our partially distributed call centre, 8 seats in our office with a further 12 interviewers operating remotely if required, provides us with the flexibility to upscale for projects requiring a fast turnaround time.
Our telephone surveys use random digit dialing, providing coverage amongst listed and unlisted numbers.
Lantra - Skills & Training in the Land Based Sector
As part of Lantra’s (the Sector Skills Council responsible for the land based industries) Skills Needs Assessment, Cognisant Research conducted the largest piece of research into skills issues in the land & environment sectors for many years. Following the supervision and detailed scrutiny of contact selection from the Experian Yell database, Cognisant Research completed over 2400 telephone interviews, with a range of businesses across the United Kingdom. The fieldwork for this project was completed in five weeks.
