Cognisant Research offer a range of services that have been developed to compliment and support organisations interested in consulting with the general public or more specific stakeholder groups.

We have developed consultation solutions from the respondent’s perspective. Innovative solutions such as online consultation forums and the Coffee Shop Consultation help to maximise participation, particularly amongst key stakeholders, hard to reach and minority groups.

London Central LSC – StAR Consultation
We have recently completed a project with London Central LSC to generate, co-ordinate, collate and report on a key consultation exercise as part of their StAR process. This involved the bringing together of 254 submissions that ranged from an individual email, through transcripts of debates by local authority elected members to direct interactions with some of the hardest to reach groups in Central London (Aylesbury Estate). This amounted to the equivalent of over 2,500 pages of text. It also included formal submissions in both quantitative and qualitative formats. All of these submissions were thematically coded using QSR NVivo.
