Cognisant Research conducted a full user test for a PLPI company, from receiving the draft PIL, through PIL Assessment to fieldwork and reporting in five working days. This impressive timescale was reached because of the experience gained by Cognisant researchers in delivering PIL tests.

The results of this user test have been shared across a purchasing group of PLPI companies. Cognisant research have facilitated the sharing process, in accordance with the formal requirements for data sharing set out by the MHRA.
